Introduction to Fire Protection Systems

             အေဆာက္အအံု တစ္ခု အတြက္ အေရးႀကီး တဲ့ အခ်က္ ကေတာ့ မီးေၾကာင့္ လူေတြ အနာတရ ျဖစ္ရတာ၊ အသက္ဆံုး႐ႈံးရတာ၊ ပစၥည္းဥစၥာ ဆံုး႐ႈံးရတာ ေတြကို တတ္ႏိုင္သမွ် ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ဘို႔ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။
တိုးတက္ေနတဲ့ ႏိုင္ငံေတြ မွာ အေဆာက္အအံု ေတြ အတြက္ Fire Protection Systems ေတြ ကလည္း မပါမျဖစ္ အဓိက လိုအပ္ခ်က္ အေန နဲ႔ ပါဝင္ပါတယ္။

1.       Fire Protection Systems
1. Fire Protection System ဆိုတာဘာလဲ။
• A system that includes devices, wiring, piping, equipment and controls to detect a fire or smoke, to actuate signal, and to suppress the fire or smoke.
• Fire/Smoke Detection (မီး ႏွင့္ မီးခိုး ကို အာ႐ံုခံ သိရွိႏိုင္ဘို႔)၊ Fire Suppression (မီးၿငိမ္းသတ္ ႏိုင္ဘို႔) နဲ႔ Smoke Extraction (မီးခိုးေတြ ကို ျပယ္သြားေအာင္ စုတ္ထုတ္ပစ္ႏိုင္ဘို႔) ေတြ အတြက္ လိုအပ္တဲ့ စက္ ပစၥည္းကိရိယာေတြ၊ ဝါယာႀကိဳးေတြ၊ ပိုက္ေတြ၊ စက္ပစၥည္း ေတြ နဲ႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္တဲ့ စနစ္ေတြ ပါတဲ့ စနစ္ ကို Fire Protection Systems ( မီးအႏၲရာယ္ ကာကြယ္ေရး စနစ္ ေတြ ) လို႔ ေခၚပါတယ္။

• Secondary Objectives (ဒုတိယ ရည္႐ြယ္ခ်က္)
• မီးေလာင္မႈ ေၾကာင့္ အလုပ္ပ်က္ရတာ ကို ေလွ်ာ့ခ်ႏိုင္ဘို႔။

3. Fire Produces
• Thermal Element: Flame and Heat (မီးေတာက္ နဲ႔ အပူ)
• Non-Thermal Element: Smoke and Toxics(မီးခိုး နဲ႔ အဆိပ္ေငြ႔)

Smoke is primary cause of fire related death. (မီးေလာင္မႈ နဲ႔ ဆက္ႏြယ္တဲ့ အသက္ ဆံုး႐ႈံး မႈေတြ ရဲ့ အဓိက အေၾကာင္းရင္း က မီးခိုးေၾကာင့္ ပါ။)
